Social media marketing proposal format?

I have been given a test case-study for an internship at a digital marketing agency. Their clients are mainly comprised of music artists and brands. Never having written a proposal before, I'm lost as to where to begin. Is there a standard format or structure for this type of proposal? Someone on this sub mentioned using a software like Qwilr or Proposify. Would this be acceptable for something like this? If so, is there an industry standard? Thanks in advance. Here's a summarised version of the study:

  • Joe is a new up-and-coming hip hop artist from New York

-15,000 Facebook Likes

-10,000 Twitter followers

-Twitter page for his label with 2,000 Followers

-Facebook page for his label with 1,000 followers

-grass roots marketing and touring

-a manager (no experience with a marketing company)

-seeking a social media management/marketing and online advertising campaign for:

-his newest album "Cup of Joe"

-his tour "Spilling Joe" which will go to New York, Philadelphia, and Boston.

-Joe's fans include: white and black male college students, and young professionals ages 22-29.

He uses:

-Facebook page with the ability to hyper target certain demographics with his posts

-Hoot Suite to manage Twitter profiles

-Mailchimp for email marketing- email list segmented into lists for certain tour markets, including the 3 markets he is going to be touring in

Please write a 2 page proposal for Joe and include the following:

• Plan for Facebook ads: who and where to target, suggested ad copy, and other ad strategy ideas.

• Plan for Facebook content: what to post, where to post, and how to post. Include some example posts.

• Plan for Twitter: what to post, where to post, and when to post. Include some example posts.

• Plan for email marketing: what to send, and when to send it. Include a small blurb for one of the email content sections.
