Jing Wei will not sleep, Jing Wei vrs Kumbhakarna

So this is partly a question, partly a complaint. I ran a couple 1v1's with Jing Wei and Kumbh, when hit with his sleep ability she doesn't stay asleep. The sleep will solidly hit her, we tried it with her standing still and Kumbh right next to her, she'll get the ZZZs above her head and pause but not even fully stop, and then start moving in quadruple the time the other gods will start moving.

None of the items built would have created this effect, and nothing I can tell in her description or passives would lessen CC that I can tell.

Did I miss something? Is this supposed to happen?
