Stuck on Quartu as clank when going back for gold bolts

So I beat Ratchet & Clank and now I'm going back to get the gold bolts, there is one on Quartu where you have to use Clank. It is right at the end of the Clank section. After I got I went into the next little room to hit the computer like you do during the main game but nothing happened. Then I started back tracking but you reach a part where you can't cross back over the lava. I tried quitting out but it put me back in the same place. Can anyone please help?
