$SYN & $MYOS thoughts?

Have anyone been following these two stocks? Both have had about the same movement for a while. MYOS has been pushing upward but I'm not sure why since they have had no news or anything.

Are these both worth going long on?

Thinking buy in for SYN at 2.00-2.30 MYOS 1.85
