Coming back to WoW after a while break need advice

First off, I'm moving to Alliance for a friend so I need a new class to main. Want to try a new class and I was a Druid... Any comments on why I should would be amazing! Secondly, I'm going to be on Sargeras and don't know how the economy is there or how to make gold because I can't afford WoW Time (Which I heard is 40k ish :c Feel like that will take forever) But I currently have 15 days of Sub time since I got it back since it was unused time I had from a nice GM and was wondering how I should make gold to maintain a steady flow of gametime and being able to spend gold on other things and still level within 15 days.

TL;DR - What class should I make that's not Druid. How should I make gold since I only have 15 days of WoW Time until I need to resub and I don't have the cash.
