Does anyone have information on Smart Cover Recharger's base HP/s? Linked to SP? Cap?

There still hasn't been any datamined information on the healing rate of Recharger Smart Cover and I'm curious if anyone has any un-shared information. I'd like to know if running 54k SP is going to increase or decrease this value, or by how much.
