[EVENT] New state-of-the-art Mogadishu port facilities and cargo railway complete. Somali government encourages foreign investment in manufacturing

Event

With assistance from Brazil and the African Development Fund and a partnership with international port development company DP World, Somalia has opened up brand new high-capacity port and shipping facilities in Mogadishu. In addition, the final stake has been driven into Somalia's new cargo rail line connecting the resource rich southwestern part of the nation port cities of Mogadishu and Kismayo. An extension to cargo rail lines in Ethiopia and EAF will be complete within the next two months.

With the world at war, and many manufacturing economies mired in battle, Somalia encourages Western and European powers to invest in Somalia's manufacturing sector for all their production needs. Our convenient location on the Red Sea and low labour costs make us an ideal location.

We will not do business with Russia or China for the duration of the war.
