Two "Too Many Men on the Ice" Penalties?

Is it possible to get more than one "too many men on the ice" penalties at the same time? The Flyers just got called for playing with 6 guys on the ice. If there's a delayed penalty and you know it's for having too many men there's no point in pulling that 6th guy off, however, is there anything stopping you from putting more guys on to get the whistle? It's "too many men" after all, not "just one too many men."
