I received a package yesterday (Part 2)

Hey again, I did some research and didn’t find much of anything to where this thing might have come from, I guess Google doesn’t have an answer for everything. I spent a few nights in the hospital and everything seemed to be going fine, no nightmares, nothing wrong with me evidently. The pain in my legs isn’t as bad as it was but I still feel pins and needles.
My boyfriend showed up not long after I posted last, he informed me he had no idea about the box or its' contents. I told him the whole story and he just smiled and said “That must have been one hell of a nightmare!” He took me over to his house once they released me, since I hadn’t been able to face my own home yet. He agreed to go with me after I got some rest and relaxed a bit more.
Unlocking my front door must have taken me ten minutes, but the door pushed open effortlessly. My eyes went straight to the box, I lifted my arm and extended my finger, “That’s it, that’s the box”. Goosebumps began to surface as I watched him approach it with caution, he lifted the flap and screamed, but not as loud as I did. I fell to the floor, backing myself into the wall as I watch him scream and scream and throw the box to the ground, it was empty. He laughed at me for quite a while before I punched him in the chest, “That wasn’t funny!” I screamed at him.
He doesn’t believe anything I told him, he thinks I’m just trying to pull a prank on him. I spent the night alone, attempting to stay awake by searching for that stupid dreamcatcher. It was in my closet, hanging like I put it there in the first place, and I finally got a good look at it. The beads were rotted teeth, you could even see some of the roots, the thread was made from hair, hopefully a horse's. The leather around the ring wasn’t dried properly or something, it’s very chapped and peeling. All of the bones were dirty and splintered, besides the obviously chewed one.
I yanked the damn thing out of my closet, grabbed the box and my handy dandy breakup kit and headed for my backyard. I threw both of my cursed objects into my fire pit, doused them in kerosene and threw a lit match into the heart of it all. I watched it burn until I couldn’t see anything left. Once I was back inside I felt calm and comfortable, like that weight was lifted off of my shoulders, I decided to head to bed. Yeah, I fucked up.
My newest nightmare went a little like this: I was laying in my bed, making images from my speckled ceiling, when I noticed they were moving. Not like my images were moving, but the speckled themselves. They were growing bigger, and pulsing like one of those bad horror effects from a 90’a movie. Soon enough my whole ceiling was covered in these pustules, then they started popping, one by one a small explosion of this odd liquid filled my room. I was absolutely covered in it, but I wasn’t reacting how I would normally. I just laid there and watched with a slight smile, feeling as calm as I did in my last dream.
The liquid began to bubble and morph into these little spiders, millions of them crawling through my room and on me, they started to crawl into my nose and ears and any other hole they could find. Yeah, even down there. I felt them moving through my veins, their legs fiddling with my nerves and tendons, biting at my inner flesh, yet I stayed there, smiling.
I spent the next eternity or so feeling these creatures push back at my skin. One of them decided a great place to relax would be on my eyeball. Watching his legs gently stabbing into my eye, he walked around a bit before heading into my left nostril. I could feel my tears rolling down my cheeks but the smile never left my face. I rolled over onto my bed of spiders and fell asleep, which was when I woke up.
My cheeks were hurting, and I can still feel them crawling, in me, on me, I swear I can even hear them. I've spent the whole morning scratching at every inch of my body I could reach, skin and blood has built up under my nails. I looked in the mirror and almost screamed again as I saw how red my eye was, and how much blood was coming from my nose. I'm alive, but too afraid to go back to the hospital, or even call my boyfriend, they'll all just think I’m insane. Maybe an asylum wouldn’t be as bad as this feels.
I searched everywhere for any remnant of the dreamcatcher but I couldn’t find it, that must mean it’s gone for good right? God, I hope so. I'm definitely not going to sleep tonight, I think I have enough caffeine in my house to last me for a few days. I've decided to take all of my coffee, energy drinks, soda, my laptop and phone over to a hotel for a while. I'm going to have to spend the next few days in some major research mode, and think about what I'm going to do next.
I apologize for how long it took for an update, it's difficult to type while scratching.
