Is NBCSN acting weird for anyone else?

Right now I'm in my dorm trying to watch the Caps/Philly game and there is no volume and random dial-up tones all over the place. I don't know if its just my school's cruddy cable or if anyone else is experiencing this. EDIT: All the other channels are working fine so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
