[SIB] Dark Souls 1, 2 or 3?

I've never played a souls game and from the youtube videos I've been watching, it looks pretty cool. Just wondering how much "better" is DS3 than its predecessors? Are there a massive differences in regards to gameplay, graphics, etc.?

edit: just bought ds1. if i like it i guess ill pick up the next ones
