Under the current scheduling formula, the Seahawks are guaranteed to play four games on the East Coast in 2024 and only 1 (possibly 0) games there in 2026.
In 2024, the schedule will have the Seahawks pitting against both the NFC East and AFC East, thereby guaranteeing at least 4 out of 16 games on Eastern cities.
On the other hand, in 2026 the schedule will only have the Seahawks play the AFC West and the NFC North, thereby only limiting the only east coast travel to the NFC East same place finisher. Of course, since those games are handled in a case-by-case basis, we could face said opponent at home, thereby eliminating any East coast games - and 10 am starts - for that season.
