New Graduate Student Looking for Housing Advice

I'll be starting a master's program at UGA starting this fall and was wondering if anyone had any advice for finding housing. I've heard the Five Points area is a good place to look and that I should avoid going too far north of campus. Are there apartment complexes that graduate students tend to live in? Are there any management groups that are good to work with? I think my budget will be up to $700/mo preferably including utilities. I'd prefer to live in walking/biking distance to campus if at all possible.
