New Nerfs - New Buffs. Nothing on Boulder?

Boulder can really soak up damage and even heal himself with it. But he does almost NO damage and if he doesnt have his shield up he gets wrecked. I almost can't kill ANYONE with boulder. Not even Thorn when im hitting her, she hits faster and wiht more damage. I personally think he needs a buff. What do you think?
