iPhone stuck on Apple Logo

My iPhone 5S is stuck at the Apple logo when trying to turn it on, it stays there for about 30 seconds and then turns itself off. Now I read that I have to reset it, but the problem is that the last backup I created is already some time ago and I really don't want to lose all the data on my Phone. Is there any way to recover the data?
