Rice cooker boil
So I follow basic instructions, decarb 30 mins etc.. But the one thing I do differently is that I cook the buds and the oil in a Mason jar in a small amount of water while in a rice cooker with the top on. From my understanding of the way rice cookers work, they only heat up hot enough to boil water, because that's how rice is cooked. I've made probably 200 brownies all with success and I clock a laser heat gun on my product while cooking, it never goes over 212 so I feel like a 3 hour cook on the rice cooker is the same as a double boil over the stove... Anyone care to weigh in? Am I losing some product by not cooking over a double boiler on the stove?
