Autotask training for new users

Is the only Autotask training via Youtube videos? https://www.youtube.com/user/AutotaskTraining

I'm a one-man operation and I've been paying for the AT service but really haven't used it as every time I log in, I get intimidated by all of the options to do this or that. I really just want a stripped down interface for now; when I grow my business, add on my first employee, then I can circle back to look at more advanced features like reports, crm, etc.

A few weeks ago, I called my AT sales rep and scheduled a remote session, but it wasn't terribly helpful. The guy was on the clock for 1 hour and seemed rushed. I kept explaining that I was a new user and he kept wanting to put me into intermediate and advanced features. I just wanted a simple implementation and then a walkthrough on how to get started.

Is learning a PSA like learning a new language?
