One of my Advent speakers possibly blown?

I have a set of Advents that look exactly like these but one of them is audibly lower than the other and is has a really deep sound like the tweeter isn't working at all, is it possible the tweeter is blown? I'm sure it sounds like a problem with the woofer as well. If so what do i need to do to repair it, new tweeter? Or what else could possibly be wrong with it? When i get home i will take a video so audio can be heard. I rarely play my stereo loud and am running a sansui au-666 which is only 35w, is it still possible to blow your speakers without playing it loud?
