Oculus Rift CV1 for high schoolers?

I know a 15 year old freshman boy who is about 5'6-5'7. He is going to want a demo, will it fit his head or be too big?

He is skeptical of how comfortable it can be. So will I be able to prove him wrong? Will he get a full experience of how comfortable it is?
