Anyone having trouble with Falcon Lost?

I've been trying to complete the quest. I've did all other quests except this. I'd like to at least complete it (and maybe farm it if successful). However, I keep having people who dives and dies and doesn't communicate on strategy when we get to the point of getting waves on us.

Is it supposed to be this difficult? I'm GS 169 and I think I'm properly prepared for this quest too.
