New to this..

I have not yet purchased the game but had a few questions before I do.

First, is Altis Life still active? Second: Do I need anything other than a copy of Arma 3? Third: 4770k, 290x 32GB RAM, I should run this decently correct?

I appreciate any help you could provide me! I just don't want to sink $60 in to some game blindly just because I saw some YouTube videos about the server lol.
