Looking for a semi lengthy campaign 5e/Info on Curse of strahd

Hello Everyone, I'm a first time DM and 5e player looking for a good campaign that will go from levels 1 to 10+. I've looked into the "official" campaigns and the one I am considering is Curse of Strahd. Anyone have perspective on how it plays, both from player and DM perspective.

Alternatively, do you guys know of any good "unofficial" campaigns that would run for such a length as well? I have looked at https://merricb.com/dungeons-dragons-5e/dungeons-dragons-5e-adventures-by-level/ But few seem to be "lengthy" adventures/campaigns with most being 1 or 2 session length quests.
