Does anyone know what the difference between a tactical weapon and a blackmarket weapon are? is there a place where we can compare the prefixes of weapons?

Is someone going to need to make a guide ? For example i know the difference between a socom m1a1 and a firstwave m1a1 is the types of mods they accept (first wave being better) is that the general idea between all the other prefixes?
