Could Cortana pass commands to third party apps.

Could Cortana have a command that pass's what you say to a app.

E.G "Cortana, tell MyFitnessPal I ran for 3 miles"

E.G "Cortana, tell ShoppingApp I need eggs"

For a Developer to add support for this, they just have a XML file with phrases they think there user might need. E.g in the xml file "I need eggs" translates to : "order, Item23932"

Hope this makes sense.
