Roll accounts back who exploited Incursion

This is going to get a lot of hate lol. To fix the character issue with Xbox characters that went missing, they're rolling accounts back.

This exploit with Incursion CM is going is going to ruin quite a few things DZ wise since there is only that one 160+ bracket.

Of course we could ask those players who exploited and got top gear to not go rogue with a scouts honor promise but that probably won't fly.

Make them earn the gear the correct way, how it was intended. I read nothing but posts on day 1 release how Incursion was a joke and super easy... Why exploit it then?
