Why I ask people to be reasonable

Last week I had a customer order one of my FINAL SALE items, which very clearly states that it ships AS IS, but of course in the notes she tells me how she would like it to be customized.

So, I message her with a link to order a custom piece, explain how she can order it, and fully refund her order. She doesn't say anything for a week until I try to cancel her order out. I try to explain, but while I'm typing my explanation, she leaves me a 1 star review saying that she didn't try to customize anything and that I didn't say anything about a refund.

Thank goodness for screen shots, I sent one with her custom request and another with my message to her and asked her to change her review as a 1 star review was not warranted.

She changed it to a 3 star review, which isn't perfect, but I'll take it. Guess it pays off to ask for people to be reasonable works sometimes!
