To those who have used both bongs and vapes

How does a bong compare to a vape efficiency wise?

I have an airizer air and one bowl gets me very high, I've never used a bong before and when I tell my friends about the vape I have the most common question is "So does it get you high as a bong?" I'm assuming it does, if not more, but lack experience.
