Trouble with our daughter's nebulizer mask.

Our daughter's CF team had advised us to submerge the pieces of her mask in boiling hot water to sterilize the equipment. The pieces always warp and stop functioning properly after the first or second time doing this. We've gone through countless masks of varying types. Any advice?
