Alliance question!

Here's my situation I'm Holland with 12 force limit( 4 Provence Minor ) and I broke free from Burgundy early on with France's help. Later on Idk how like France got -3 stability and has 100 revolts and England has declared war on France and called in Austria some Irish minors and Castile. France has 20K from fighting rebels and I dont want to help but how can I say no and keep an alliance with or without exploits! Thanks
