PT and Separation

Need some guidance, not sure if my UFPM and 1st shirt are right. I'm separating in October, with leave starting in August. My last fitness test was an 87 in October, so my next test would be this month. As I understand it in 36-2905, 5.2.1, I should be exempt, but they are telling me that the paragraph doesn't apply because I don't have separation orders. Emailing the FAC got me nowhere and MPF never replied to me about separation orders. Honestly I really don't want to take it because I'm a fatty, nor do I care about it.

TL;DR I'm fat and want to skip a PT test, AFI says I should, 1st Shirt says no.
