Is Turkey a more liberal muslim country? If so how liberal is it compared to other muslim countries?

I have heard Turkey is pretty liberal for a muslim country. But I never thought that it would be as liberal as europe. Compared to other muslim countries, how liberal is Turkey? Also, when I think of liberal, coming from the united states, uts usually associated with anything that is anti male and femanism, does turkey have a problem with anti male and femanazi propganda?
