Stuck in a menu glitch... (PC)

Chillin' in Sen's Fortress while I was swapping out weapons. I was finished so I repeatedly tapped right click to back out of everything like usual. I THINK I saw a small box pop up about something but I closed it out too fast... It might've been important, as I am now stuck in the inventory screen. Ive tried CTRL ALT DELETE and switching back and forth through windows but I still cant get out. Hmmm

EDIT: Dying works but obviously thats not always favorable
