Shayne & Aurox Fetch (Quality of Life)

Hey Gearbox, huge Shayne and Aurox fan here. Love the character design and playstyle. My only complaint here is one of general quality of life--

Her pull is sooooo darn frustrating! Aurox is huge and clips on literally everything. I never even know what I'm going to pull in a group of people. I don't know how far he can travel. And his hitbox is huge! If I use it anywhere except at close range on flat open ground, it feels like a 50/50 if he's going to connect or not which isn't very satisfying.

Can his hitbox be smaller so that he's more precise, but at least just so he doesn't fizzle when he accidentally touches floor or wall? I'd love to do some sick pulls on the enemy team but it's just so unreliable that I use it mostly while boxing for the Overshield or just grab the Stun modification Helix.
