ParaTrooper (Library, Deck Builder and more) Application [Win/Android]

Hello Paragon community. I am officially making public the application that I've been working on in practically all of my spare time lately. It is a deck building application that currently has functional card viewer, Library management and deck editor.

Currently I have Windows and Android build available.

Please bear in mind that this is an alpha release, and I still have a lot of work and progress to go, but I do appreciate feedback and such.

ALSO: this application currently uses the card data that Epic Games themselves put out in the fan kit... For some reason they left out certain data in some of the card specials descriptions and have not released a new Cards.csv If they do not provide updates to this file, then I will find another means of updating the data, but as things currently stand I am focusing my energy on other areas of the application.
