This is me killing Champion Gundyr with my bleed build. I am using Hollow Warden twinblades with bleed buff. My damage stats are 40 dex and 30 luck. I'm not yet hollowed since I didn't do the storyline on this playthrough but I will go hollow on NG+ for bonus luck from hollow weapons.
