Moto X Pure front camera not working

I've had a Moto X Pure for about 3 weeks and it has been a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, today the front camera stopped working. In the camera that opens from the twist gesture doesn't even show the icon to switch to the front camera. It's just gone. On the Snapchat app, when I double tap the screen to switch to the front camera, nothing happens. Does anyone know why this is happening?
