Where to find a method book CD?

Hi fellow blues fans,

I'm teaching myself blues through Wayne Riker's "Mastering Electric Blues Guitar: The Complete Electric Blues Guitar Method." Unfortunately, I don't have the CD to accompany it, so I'm stuck trying to read the sheet music rather than combining the tabs and audio . . . Anyone have the CD? Or know where I can find it?
