Does Comcast even have an email address?

I want to send them an email about their not listing my local MLB team's games as amenable to "series recording," meaning that I have to set recording for each game manually and separately, which is a drag. I scoured their website for an email address and it seems they only want you to internet chat with powerless agents who know next to nothing and can affect even less, call them (same situation) or go to their store (to wait in line for an extended period, likely to the same end). There has got to be some way to reach someone at this company who can comprehend an issue AND put in a word to do something about it. So far, no luck finding any.
