If my landlord handed me an eviction notice today, but it says she gave it to me on the 5th, is it valid?

Today my landlord handed me an eviction notice that says it was given to me on the 5th, which it was not. From what I can tell from the wording of the notice, this is perjury. It also has tomorrow's date on it, which I thought was also not legal. What does it mean and what do I do? Should I post a picture of the notice? We are in Shasta County, CA.
