[NP] Sitting in a waiting room, and there's an ad which started with "Is your mortgage getting smashed by high interest rates?". Do people really consider these mortgage interest rates high?
They were trying to sell some bullishit website/app for finding a better home loan, but aren't we pretty much going through a period record low interest rates? If people are complaining about high rates already, how are they going to cope with historical norms?
It was probably just marketing bullishit, but it must be a marketing angle that works because people really are over extended on crappy homes.
