[Help] [NSFW] Need help organizing mod load order

I recently got into the world of PC gaming, and jumped right into Skyrim on PC. I have downloaded quite a few mods, but can't seem to launch the game anymore. I'm hoping I won't have to uninstall any mods, and that something like LOOT would do the trick, but no luck yet. I hope one of you few more experienced folk could help me out with my mod order.

The mods I have downloaded are in no particular order:

I can't seem to load the game anymore (Note, I could until installing, and then unstalling the High King of Skyrim mod. On top of that, I should mention I get several errors from RaceMenu, and Cloaks of Skyrim doesn't work.). I can launch to the MM, but if I select New - it just goes to a black screen for several minutes then crashes.

Several important notes. Skyrim is not in C: but is instead with all my other steam games on my E: hard drive disk. Split into several folders: Steam games Mods - has TES5edit, LOOT, NMM, MO, and of course all my mods.
