Looking for high quality solid T-shirts (essentials), where do you get yours?

I'm looking to update my wardrobe, and I wanted some simple solid T-shirts. Any non-graphic T shirt, either solid color, or striped, something simple. What places do you shop to get yours? I tried H&M but they didn't seem to last well. Please let me know! thanks all!
