What's with BO3 and Stamin-Up's jingle?

How come Stamin-Up's jingle was totally ignored?

In SoE, every old perk, including Mule Kick, got a new type of jingle for that specific map, yet Stamin-Up doesn't get one. Hell, you can't even hear the jingle. At all.

Same goes for TG and DE. If you go next to Stamin-Up you won't hear a single thing from that machine.

What's (Stamin-)up with that?
