Gorsky's Relapse Prevention - any experiences?

Does anyone have experience with Gorsky's relapse prevention? I started doing it once with a good counsellor but I never finished it. Every time I go out I can look back and recognize patterns but I have a hard time spotting those same warning signs while I'm going down.
