Gauge boson detector not detecting 2 of my quarks after new update?

As many of you quantum-dimension lovers know, the new long awaited /s CERN Particle Director/Accelerator update has finally come. I installed the update just a few days ago and at first everything seemed fine, with the experimental string-data exporter, and conversions to ∮ Math. But this morning when I started her up, my up and top quarks were not showing up in any calculations! While my data looks very interesting, it is not useful at all. The only explanation I could think of for this besides the software update is that one of my neighbors could be using a chromodynamic lattice creator?
