[DIPLOMACY]Reaching out to France

Though France and China are not traditionally the best of friends, we are also not on poor terms either. With the US and NATO failing to provide for, and include France in recent times, we would like to discuss furthering our relationship with France, as The Peoples Republic might be in a better position to accommodate the needs of France. Would the French be interested in furthering relations and receiving ambassadors from China?
