Governmental panel interview

Hey guys,

I have an interview coming up next week for an Accountant I position within the Finance department of a city government. I figured it wouldn't be anything crazy since it's just an entry-level position but I found out it's an interview panel consisting of the treasurer, controller, finance director, and financial reporting coordinator. This really caught me off guard; any idea what to expect or how to approach it?
