Dead keys?

I got a bit hyped up about finally learning Colemak until I realised I couldn't find support for dead keys in Colemak.

This is probably not as common in English-speaking countries, but I'm Dutch and in the Netherlands everybody uses the US International (with dead keys) layout. This is for easy typing of diacritics like é, è, ü (and other stuff, like µ, °, €, which are accessible through the Alt-Gr layer).

I noticed that other layouts (like Dvorak) do have a dead keys variant available, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything about Colemak.

Is there a way to use Colemak with dead keys? I'm going to use Colemak under both Linux (Arch) and Windows. Or is there another layout that is close to Colemak that I can use?
