Looking for a new bag

So a little preface. I am a controls field engineer and visit mostly power plants for my work. I carry a lot of weird cables for interfacing with various equipment as well as hand tools and networking devices.

So I am looking for a bag that has a protective laptop pouch/area and hiking straps (chest and waist) for those long treks from building to building on site.

Molle compatible would preferred but is not 100% necessary. I like the idea of molle webbing on the inside for organization and on the outside for expandability.

The bag will probably have to be on the larger side as well.

Bonus round: TSA "detachable" laptop pouch that lays flat off the bag so I don't have to take my laptop out when flying.

Any input would appreciated.
