Question about my blind rat

Hey there rattit, I have a question about dealing with my blind girl. She's super calm and gentle with the other two rats in the cage but you really can't touch her because she'll bite. We figure since she's blind that she is testing if everything is food/defending herself but we're wondering if there's any way to train her out of that reaction. I understand if there's not much we can do, couldn't hurt to ask though! Thoughts?
